Original Dub is Better than 2019 Dub

I just finished watching both dubs today and thought that the original dub was simply better. There were whole sentences that were just left out of the 2019 dub. Am I just stupid? I feel like the original dub had better dialogue. I'd like to know what everyone else prefers and why.

Are u comparing the japanese and English dub? or was there a re-dub in English?

I believe the original dub was made in 2004 by a company based in the UK. Then in 2019 an American company picked it up and redubbed it. There were some pretty well-known names in the new dub, like Abby Trott and Benjamin Diskin.
