I accidentally watched the first 2 episodes of Part 4 and was wondering if it would affect anything? Only things I learned is that Joseph is alive and kicking and that he had an affair. Nothing too important I guess?

The journey is the fun of JoJo, rather than any major plot points that can be spoilt. I'd still say try to go in as blind as possible, but if something is spoilt, don't worry too much. The bizzare journey on how they get there is the best part.
