| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This is pretty much an Isekai Quartet situation. Ryou finding herself being on the short end of the stick man she's burning her own grave. Don't feel bad about being the boring twin! The 3 girls (Kawasumi, Tokido and Kirishiima) sure are flashy, but Kirishima got the burns because of Ryou's harbinger fortune telling. Sunohara likes to be flashy as always, and he's calling for a harem. In your dreams man. Good thing there's Yuiko to stop it, and Sunohara's mosaic brutal death NEVER gets old even 14 years later. Oh, so Kaginado is a reference to Key (the actual VN company of course), while the Etc. is just for lols. |

| How dare thee Sunohara harm a cute puppy! But alas, Kurugaya saves the day yet again though I myself prefer if Saya gets to show off her spy abilities, totally not coz she's my fav character from the LB cast |
| The episode was really amazing imo. Not only did we get Yoshino but Ryou was hilarious in the episode. Seeing Mai, Kano and Saya again was a blessing not to mention Kurugaya's amazing entrance. Sunohara still the same as always. I also noticed Misae in one shot and also Yukine (my second favourite key verse character) in another shot. Fuuko (my favourite anime character+ favourite keyverse character), Shizuru and Ayu having a good time was really wholesome imo. I noticed Sayuri, Kud, Kanna and Tohno in the ending as well and can't wait to get more into them. |
| That had to be Tomoya's dad doing the beginning narration, pretty sure that was a reference to one of his scenes in Clannad After Story :D Sunohara getting absolutely destroyed by Kurugaya was fantastic, no one else could have done this job better. Potato fucking dying inside being hold by Sunohara, poor Potato. Also love me some Saya shine!! |

| As a Clannad fan whose only exposure is the anime (I know, blasphemous, but I'll read the VN eventually), Ryou going as hard as she did was an eye opener. I could only infer so much from the Kyou OVA and from the bits I've heard of her behavior from her VN route, but still. Damn. It's like they expected most of the watchers to be mainly Clannad fans. For them to lure us in with Sunohara's glorious return only to roast us was hilarious. |
| Now this felt more like Isekai Quartet. Probably what most people expected when this crossover was announced. Last episode while nice was more like a parody compilation and I don’t think it would've been as fun for an entire cour as this school slice life where all these characters are mingling with each other. Was another amusing episode. Yuiko and Youhei scene felt like a match made in heaven. Missed their antics and I'm looking forward to see more. |

| Now THAT'S what I expected to see. The first episode was just a spoiler festival, but now we got actual interactions with the characters, the jokes and references were all funny. I just wished the episodes were longer, you can only do much within 3 minutes. |

| Man, the amount of subtle jokes and references they're able to cram into these four minutes is very impressive, especially when in a lot of cases it's not even the focus of the joke. That sadi, Ryou's behaviour was very different from what I'm used to as an anime-only Clannad viewer: is she also like that in the VN, or has her personality just been exaggerated for comedic effect in this instance? |

| Damn I like the illustration on the ending. I hope they will show more but a crossover of characters in the next episodes. I hope they showed us a Sunohara/Yoshino duo or maybe Sunohara/Kotarou trolling girls LOL. |

| Poor Ryou. The sweet and innocent girl I remember from watching Clannad has certainly taken a back seat and we see a pissed off Ryou instead. She needs a nice headpat. =3 Sunohara hasn't changed one bit and his wish for a big harem cracked me up. He got the thrashing he deserved, though. I do love the illustration at the end of the episode. It looks crisp and beautifully detailed. ^_^ |
| This is unironically a 10/10 for me. Hilarious, masterpiece. Sad that it probably can only be enjoyed by people who actually watched/read all of key (major) work because of that spoiler heavy first episode. Damn Yoshino in the first ep was a treat even if he had almost no line. Looking forward to this weekly. |
