As if something has changed... the seiyuu, studio and staff are also different. But this anime is still good right? Miyuki's and Tatsuya's seiyuu are different from the previous season?

It’s the art style. It’s completely different because it’s using the art style from the spin-off manga it’s adapting.

Many characters look “off” for this reason.

In this season the character are differently animated but the show is awesome.I recommended Irregular at magic highschool before u watching this anime for better understanding.

The adaptation just follows the same art that was used in the spin-off manga. The VAs are the same though. It’s also a different studio but the animation seems to be fine all things considered.

Totally forgot the spin-off manga had a different character design. In that case I commend them for sticking to it even though I too prefer the Rettousei or the original novel design.
