the last episode isn't cannon in the manga actually like half of the anime isn't cannon

the anime doesnt follow the manga order and the last episodes about tamaki and the other girl arent canon in the manga. i would recommend reading from the beginning cause the manga adds a lot more to the characters and of course daily stuff

just read from the start. the manga is very entertaining and if you really like the story of ouran you wont mind rereading some scenes that have already appeared in the anime

Everything that happened at the end of anime is not cannon(sadly) just read manga from start.
