Question about the HF route

So now I am playing the VN, and I have recently started this route, I am at day 7. But I couldn't really pinpoint when this route diverges from the other two. Meaning, Fate and UBW diverge on day 3, depending on whether Shirou stops Saber (=UBW) or not (=Fate) from injuring Archer. What about HF?

I just checked the VN real quick and it seems that I can load a day 3 fate save and a day 5 ubw save from heavens feel so I guess that's the point where they diverge.

But what would the crucial action determining the different path be?

Kinda late but the diverge happens due to two things.

Talking more with Sakura at the start AND taking her home and meeting Zouken, which makes Zouken realize he can exploit Sakura's new found hope.

But even if you collect enough points of Sakura, if you dont wak her home you go to Fate or UBW.

Read this if you want to start the Fate/ series but don't know from where.
