Should i go with fate/stay night 2006 or ubw (Fate franchise spoilers)

A lot of you will say i should watch the ubw version because of course the animation, But i already watched the 2006 version and liked it so much because i like the old animation and thinking of rewatching it since now i finished fate zero and i got so much hyped for ubw but when i learned about illya's horrific death (Which is my favorite character) I literally changed my mind but at the same time i'm really looking if it's worth it or not or should i go with the 2006 version since it didn't die and Does heaven's feel follow ubw ? i've seen illya alive in that version

the 2006 adaptation is different from the other routes. unlimited blade works focused on Rin and heavens feel focuses on sakura, as you may already know the story changes a lot between the different routes. I would say yes watch unlimited blade works it has a good story and we get to see more development in shiros character. I personally preferred the heavens feel route even tho it's not finished yet so I would highly recommend u watch it too.

In the heavens feel route so far she is ok

I'm just gonna say it right now but Ilya's death can never be avoided sadly. She's a homunculus. Even if she was alive at the end of the Fate route, she would still have died years later.
