| Not a bad episode. It gave some more information on the situation Naruto's in. Especially the part where Naruto is a Jinchurikki. Makes me think that the village didn't want to seal off Kyuubi for the purpose of saving the village, rather they sealed Kyuubi away in Naruto to create a weapon. Next episode seems to forecast Gaara's death... |

| I don't think that Yondaime would've used a sealing technique that would kill him in the process in order to make a weapon - that wouldn't be particularly smart or good for Konoha. As such, it only really makes sense that he did it to protect the village from Kyuubi. |

| Slow again, but I'm not complaining at all. The less full-episode fillers, the better. I was looking forward to this episode, since the manga chapters of it really got to me. Sakura crying over hearing about the jinchuuriki's fate and all. Good episode to me :3 |

| It was cool finding out that they were actually fighting doppelgängers. Not to mention I really liked learning more about the jinchūriki and everything that goes on with them. It was a pretty decent episode compared to the one's before... |

| I usually agree with the pacing complaints, but we honestly got a lot out of this episode. A ton of information about Akatsuki's objectives were revealed, as well as seeing more of the Sand Village's views on the situation. It wasn't action packed, but it was interesting. I'm slowly gaining back the respect I lost for the series during those hour long specials of nothing. |

| Pretty interesting episode on more details about the Jinchuriki's. Damn Gaara is in danger. Also does Zetsu just eat his corpse? He seems to have an alter ego. |
