For example, when Shirou(who is a shitty mage) was Sabers master she had alot of shortcomings and had to pace herself. But when was her Master in UBW Sabers overall improved drastically. So basically with Shinji's bitch ass as Riders master, she's average because he is the worst mage in the war because no training and no magic circuits. But with who is actually talented but never trained makes her stronger really. Sorry if it doesn't make sense |

So Sakura is probably the strongest mage in Fate Stay but doesn't use it? |
