If you played the original Chaos;Head VN, this recap was practically a love note. People are missing its point. It covers many things completely missing from the anime series that were in the VN. Its animation is far far closer to the VN. The music is taken straight from the VN. And then it also shows all 7 murders.

What's not to like? Again, people are idiots.

People aren't idiots - it is pretty obvious why this isn't rated higher.
Think about it from the perspective of those that haven't played the game. They are watching a "recap" of a show that isn't so much a recap, but a retcon that ignores and changes what actually occurred in the anime.
Anyone that gives a retcon anything but a 1 is the true idiot.

0/10 twas an abomination to watch and endure in comparison to the first adaptation of c;h by madhouse. takumi plus rimis character designs were completely ruined. they felt flat. i outright laughed when mc first made his appearance at pic related scene.

Chaos;Child may have been a bad adaptation but i'll always thank Silver Link for this recap.

That abomination animated by Madhouse has no right to exist.
