Still i think this adaptation is not all that bad, they are slowly getting better at showing off the right atmosphere. And the Puck and Ishidoro comic relief is put in to place pretty well. And well the 3D-ish CGI is not my cup of thee, but hey! Atleast they are improving along the way! Overall i actually liked the episode. |

I like that the orgy stuff in the last episode with how it set the tone for this episode and managed to be creepy and scary without being too over the top graphic. It captured the essence of a bunch of naked creepy cultists pretty well I thought. Once the goat takes form and people start dying... just felt right at that point. This was a really fun episode. Ishidoro and Puck are fun together and the build up to Guts making the save was awesome. RUN RUN RUN! Oh god, oh god! RUUUUN!! Looking back, I think every episode where Guts swings his sword and blood and body parts go flying, that's an episodes I REALLY liked. I don't care that the story is rushed or some plot points are taken out/glossed over. Bah! If I wanted details, I'd reread the manga. Just gimme that sweet sweet action! |

Bwhahaha, had a good laugh out of this, thanks. While I think the adaptation leaves a lot to be desired, it's still watchable. This episode was much better than the last one, fairly decent. |

| Great episode yet again! I'm loving the series. Everytime Guts enters the scene, it puts a smile on my face. I also find the comic relief with Isidoro quite amusing. The way they animated him when he started sneaking after the cultisit, the way he was shivering on that zombie he jumped on, ... But he also has honor. All good! Lol, those dumb knights really were gonna blame that on drugs?! Haha. I wonder what Farnese will do once she sees Guts again. If she can do anything at all. I thought that Guts would be too late and the knights would be gone with Casca when he got there. But now I'm wondering what's going to happen. Also Casca really can't get a break, can she? I wonder what her mental state is like? Is she just (to quote Tropical Thunder) "gone full retard"? Or can she still think clearly at times? I wonder... People that think Berserk 2016 is a shit show, don't know what they are missing.  |
