When I first watched Danganronpa, I absolutely loved it. The story and most of the details were pretty messed up and stuff, but I loved it. Is that bad? xD Anybody else enjoy the series?

The anime didn't do the game justice imo

It was alright, but not nearly as good as it could've been.
Be thankful for the wisdom granted to you.

It felt really rushed.
It's an entirely different kind of flying, altogether!

It came quite close though. Especially if you watched when it originally aired. Every case had the same structure.
Ep 1. = Smth. happens; Ep 2. = All clues are presented: You've got 1 week to figure out what happened; Ep. 3 = Conclusion

tbh It was really fun talking with friends about their theories who did what and how and then to see if we were right. Practically just like playing the game

I haven't played the game myself, but I have watched other people. When I mentioned it, I meant all of it, not just the anime xD The games were too awesome c:

Despite what people say, the anime was a good adaptation of the video game for the amount of episodes they had to do it in. As its only problem was the pacing.

Of course if you have the option to chose one or the other, I'd always recommend the video game.

Agree. How can you enjoy a detective anime when you can't even come up with the solution because they reveal everything in a few minutes without any 'a priori' hints?

INDEED. DANGANRONPA IS AWESOME. EVEN THE ANIME.

DR2 (the game) is by far the best part of the franchise though, too bad it'll never get an anime. I wouldn't care if it was rushed, I just want to see all my favorite characters and events animated
