So uhh... i love this show, and i just finished it. What i wanted to know is why does it look like Mion has a gun under her arm in a holster the whole time... anyone know what that is?

I remember reading some where that its a stun gun. She never used it in the anime but I believe it was used in the visual novels at some point.
