We get a cute girl who once died by an elevator accident. I'm curious to see how much the story can expand on this though especially the relationship she had with Daichi. Should be interesting if done right. |

| Manga #2 in my "new manga I saw on KissManga's homepage and decided to check out" adventures! Cute start, but I can't help but find faults in the overall atmosphere. The premise and set up allows this to be a tremendous tearjerker, but the light-hearted, whimsical feel to this ruins it a bit. I feel like it would've benefited from a more somber atmosphere. Let me tell you, the male MC reflecting on how how long it's been since Akari died, how she doesn't come up in conversation often anymore, how he's having a hard time remembering her... shit, I felt that. That hit me right in my feels. Anyway, nice set up with some interesting ideas; it could be really beautiful as long as it turns out right. Don't have high hopes though. I'm going to be sad if I'm not crying at the end of this. |
