| Hey guys, this is one of the series' this season that I'm really regarding as a bit of a chore to get through at this point in time. The main reason for this is of course Sakuya. Essentially the main heroine with what seems to be no redeemable qualities. I mean I love tsunderes for the most part but something about her attitude really pushes the wrong buttons for me. The MC saving her life (I'll not spoiler but anyone up to date will know what I mean anyway) and then her essentially treating him like shit and avoiding him for pretty much the next episode feels like horrible characterization. So what's your opinion on her? Is she a classic tsundere, badly written or are you on the fence for the whole thing? |

| I'm glad this this thread was posted I was about to comment on the episode 4 thread about this. I'm a bit behind (catching up on this series now) and I had to pause about 10 minutes into episode 4 where Shinichirou tries to make dinner for them and can't make the Irish stew as he doesn't know how and Sakuya even though she begrudgingly eats it, kicks and screams and is an ungrateful little (insert bad word here). She deserves a good whack over the head, there are tsundere's but I think Sakuya is on a level of her own and not a good one! Least liked anime character of the season! Such a cow to Shinichirou and everyone else. Ugh. |

| She gets better in ep. 6, still a tsundere but not as obnoxious anymore. |

| In the anime she's intolerable, in the manga she's a likable tsundere (though i still prefer suseri). |
| I will admit she has improved a little over the last couple of episodes. But it's not enough in my opinion. At least Louise from ZnT softened up for longer periods than Sakuya. You barely get a dash of hot water before the cold tap is turned back on again. I'm with Tatsuya here, I prefer Suseri as well. However I'd trade them both for a Tamako <3 lol. |

| I hate high powered tsunderes and dislike tsunderes in general. Needless to say, this show is extremely painful for me to sit through. I don't understand why female harem leads are almost always tsunderes. Thank god for DxD |

It's actually quite ironic, sakuya is still a tsundere in the manga, but she's far less abrasive and is fairly likable. Honestly, it makes me think that whoever made this anime never read the manga. |
