| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Well the art is definitely recognizable for this. Strange opening panels though for this series and there's a case in the news. So the kid turns into a vampire? Lol. Rip normal life. With the way the author does his other work, I expect some other unorthodox plot elements soon. Decent chapter though I'm looking forward to more. |

| Supernatural again huh ? Also, the character is very similar to his other works. This chapter is so average. The pace is too fast. I can't get any impression of main characters despite him being so beta and loser. I find that Kasuga in Aku no Hana, or the main character in Yuutai Nova, more interesting than this Okazaki guy. What feared me is, this will get axed after one or two volume, just like Yuutai Nova. But despite of that, Oshimi Suzo's drawing skill is getting better, although once again, very similar and have [I]same-face syndrome[I] with his previous work. But I kinda like the art. Talking about unorthodox theme, I often compared Oshimi Suzo with Asano Inio (Oyasumi PunPun, Solanin, Dead Dead Demons de DeDeDe Destruction). Both of them often writes a dark themed story. But I think when it comes to the characterization / personality of the characters, Asano Inio is much better than Oshimi Suzo. And not to mention, Asano Inio has more radical way of thought and art-style. Seems Oshimi Suzo is getting too accustomed writing story about weak male character and weird-psycho female character. I think he need to write something different. I like his one-shot, Shino-chan wa Jibun no Namae ga Ienai though. |
| I think his art is getting better. I really liked the colored pencil of the first pages. You could see it was done on good heavy stock paper with fiber and see all the pencil marks. Very nice. I don't think I've read one of his with a supernatural theme before, looking forward to this. |

Though it got axed in the halfway... Kind of wasted potential.... What I feared is that this series also got axed in the halfway....but let's hope it won't happen. |
| Interesting start, too bad it's a monthly manga. Also this is probably my first time reading a supernatural theme manga from Oshimi Suzo. |

| I really should read aku no hana already XD I like the artstyle :) But the real question is : Are You Ready For The Rotoscoped Anime Adaptation?! XD kyuudere said: The pace is too fast.
