| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I thought the momentum of the third episode was well done in terms of execution. Kagenui also makes her presence well known and it looks like there's an argument to who should Ononoki belong to. A good way to detail this episode was building up for the finale to take place at the shrine. |

| Dat moon! It glowing in darkness like that was cool. Damn things are not going well for Araragi tonight. Man I love how Shinobu acts every time someone threaten Araragi's life. Ononoki asking Araragi to promise not use his vampire powers again in weird poses (shaft). Seems like someone kidnapped Kanbaru and the sisters. With my boy not being able to use his powers he can't help but ask for help. Great setup episode to the finally. Plus dat snowball fight in the background was funny. 5/5. |

| Theres some intense atmosphere between Kagenui and Shinobu this episode. Apparently some guy named Tadatsuru is targeting Araragi. I wonder how would he handle him, especially now that he isnt allowed to use his vampire powers. |
| Someone kidnapped the Fire Sisters and Kanbaru. Things are truly getting pretty worse at the worse possible time. It's good that Kagenui agreed to go with the flow and help Araragi. Shinobu and Yotsugi having a snowball fight! |
| Dat Shinobu vs Yotsugi was epic XD Couldn't concentrate on the conversation lol Liking Kagenui more and more. Dat Kansai accent is too <3 It's sad that Koyomi won't be using his vampire powers anymore (Or will he?) I was hoping from last ep that he'll be a full time Vampire from now on. Well it's still up in the air. He said himself that he can't guarantee stopping himself from using it if he needs to. |

| Nice suspense when Suruga, Karen and Tsukihi were kidnapped by Teori. And loved that snowball fight and play between Yotsugi and Shinobu as well as how Shinobu runs away from the snow-boulder, lol. |

| The worst possible thing at the worst possible time. Ep 3. Plot: Koyomi learns that his vampirism is caused by his using Shinobu's powers to solve the Oddity problems so he makes a promise to no longer use them. Too bad some specialist named Tadatsuru kidnapped his sisters and Kanbaru. But hey at least he can still rely on Yotsugi to save them. Character: Kagenui continues to straddle the line for me. I know she's a good guy but she is an antagonist to Koyomi. Yotsugi went full Sailor Moon but it seems that she seems to care about Koyomi. Weird but the man does seem to attract them. Her feud with SHinobu is adorable though. Koyomi accepting everything that us going on now as a divine act for his choices sounds like him and I can understand the mindset. Animation/sound: The snow ball fight and Sailor Moon shoutouts were fun. 3/5. Wasn't that shocked or amazed here. |

| All those poses Yotsugi did... precious! But is she really after immortal beings? I wonder why... as part of revenge or envy perhaps? An oath to not use his vampire powers ever again.. The moment when Koyomi finally graduated from his chunibyou. And it was absolute great scene when he was given 'the mission impossible' by Kagenui in the end... the mission he has to do without his powers. But who the hell is Teori Tadatsuru? I bet it was Gaen who told him that Fire Sisters are at Suruga's. Bit of test for Araragi if he can stay by his word. It's nice to see Tsukihi being portrayed as Kaguya-hime though, kinda funny :) Snowfight was marvellous. And the icy backgrounds were just pure greatness. |
| Sailor Yotsugi to the rescue! :3 Will be interesting to see who that specialist is that doesn't follow Izuko's network, all the specialists including Kaiki were pretty formidable opponents so far. |

| So that guy named Tadatsuru kidnapped Tsukihi, Karen, and even Kanbaru for he's been targetting Araragi and Shinobu. I hope the three of them are okay. Waaah. Tadatsuru apparently is also a specialist like Oshino, Gaen, and Ononoki's master, but he got away from Gaen's network and somehow a freelance. Haha. That snow scene of Shinobu and Ononoki was so cute. Hahaha. I can't with these two. I'm dying. Goddamnit. They really had to mention Mayoi's name again. cries pitifully in the corner |

| That snowball fight between Shinobu and Ononoki is just funny, I couldn't focus on what the topic was lol, Shinobu was also stealing the snowballs and stuff and also got chased by that boulder lol. On a more serious not, it looks like things are looking grim for Araragi. |

| Araragi should have asked where is Meme to Ougi. But ofc she would come with an excuse that she didn't know. She don't even remembers Meme's signature phrase. Moreover, she knows that Araragi is going to battle someone despite Araragi didn't told her that. He could've confirmed if it was really Meme's niece to Meme himself Araragi sure have a low brain cells to not suspect her. By the way, Araragi doesn't have the slightest lust in front of Ougi. I wish he had it though, it would by chance reveal her/his secret. The last scene was probably too obvious for a deathflag. And that leads to my brain thinking that Ononoki is not going to die. |

| I think I may have gasped a little too loud when Kagenui said that Koyomi should go to Kanbaru's place to see if his sisters are still there.. But damn was that a pretty solid amount of info we got there, info that I'll most likely forget in the next five minutes lol. I would like to remember it all but those insert shots of Shinobu and Yotsugi playing in the snow really distracted me. This finale is gonna be very interesting to watch |

That snowball fight though, Shaft really gotta do us like that, it was so hard to pay attention to Kagenui speaking while trying to enjoy the madness Shinobu and Ononoki is doing lmao. Good thing Tsukihi isn't actually the target? But, bad because it's really bad timing for Araragi and Shinobu since they just started trying to not depend on vampire powers like literally a few minutes ago. Really love Kagenui's accent though, I can listen to her speak all day. |

| 5:50 That's a load of crap. Well, it depends on what kind of "immortality" that is. If it's the story of Tithonos, that sucks, but if it's the forever young & powerful kind of immortality, then it's super great! I like that shounen-style snowball fight between Yotsugi & Shinobu. |
