| I saw a piece of art on Facebook and it reminded me so much of Guilty Crown. Not sure if it was fan art or actual art but it really reminded me of Guilty Crown... Plus the Facebook fan page of Beatless posts a lot of music by livetune and has Guilty Crown posts too. So I'm just wondering if it's any way similar. Oh, and if an anime is coming out. |

| For anyone still wondering: From what I've heard, the Beatless manga only covers the beginning of the Beatless story, whose full version is the serial novel, and which has been fully adapted into an anime series now. It is primarily a sci-fi story about the future of artificial intelligence and humanity. Pretty much the only things it shares with Guilty Crown are the artist redjuice and his characteristic bishoujo character designs, and the fact that it's in the sci-fi genre. The plots are very different, and the plot focus is also different (Guilty Crown seems more about action while Beatless is more about the philosphical ideas); the characters do very different things and fill different roles. (Even Lacia and Inori are very different characters, both in appearance and personality.) |
