True Super Hero Club

Information
In modern anime, there are a plethora of antiheroes. However, there are almost no modern superheroes who prefer saving lives to fighting villians. This is a club that is about more than having superpowers and a strong body; it's about the heart of a hero. That means that exceptionally gifted humans who use thier talents selflessly also qualify. Before anyone asks about including Death Note; regardless of their respective reasons, Light Yagami kills people, L Lawliet uses them as pawns, ditto for Near, and Mello is a gang boss who kills people and uses them as pawns. Souichiro Yagami is borderline, but he doesn't have superpowers for any significant length of time.

I'm glad there's a club for this!! I found it through Kato (from Gantz) page...seriously a nice guy, need more heroes like him, I love how he can't stop the urge to help people.

hmm, well he doesn't have any superpowers that I know of. he's more of the victim type, but making it look like he's the "hero" somehow. best explanation must be this; while the midget (Shana) defeats the bad guy, he saves people. I might have misunderstood what you meant by this whole thing though.

I haven't seen SnS, so I have one question before I add him; does have individual superpowers or exceptional talents? Because if he doesn't then he's another "average yet strong" citizen archetype, who can inspire the hero to act highly, but does very little else. True superheroing is mostly about the heart of a hero, but it's also about remaining idealistic in the face of the corruption that power brings. If he does, it's fine, though.

Yuji Sakai from SHakugan no Shana. not exactly the hero, but he puts saving people in front of everything =)

Hey, y'all! I felt like "true" heroes in the traditional sense didn't get enough love, so I made this club. Feel free to suggest any character additions.
