Anime adding to original content instead of following the original game (rather than making mistake)? That's what I thought.

Did anyone else noticed there was a mistake in the anime; which includes Kanato's mother. For instant when Kanato showed Yui his doll collection he said his mother should be some were in there as well, but later on we learned that he had burned his mom and kept her ashes and put them inside Teddy as well as her having a grave. This proves that its impossible for his mom to be part of his doll collection.
Also do you believe Kanato loved or hated his mother, since she knew kanato would finich her and the triplets wouldn't mention her name; but honestly the only one who could actually have a reason for hating his mother is Ayato.
