@blackwing99 i mainly work rn as an assistant produce manager. it's been a bit rough this year tbh. Hbu?
Honestly same, when i eat fries or burgers i like my ketchup to have a more spicy flavor.

@SweetKiichigo I really don't like sauces that have a sweet flavors. Even some brands of ketchup are sweet and I can't stand them.

@blackwing99 the ingredients used in US pizzas at least fast food wise isn't really the best. Like i've had some pizzas that had like a sweet sauce and others more tomato rich flavor.

@SweetKiichigo you can find thin crust pizzas here, but most restaurant have it medium or high. I don't think the blend used in the US are the same as here, but i would be curious to try it

@blackwing99 i've never seen italian pizza with high crust. usually the videos i've seen from italian restaurants have them like sorta thin crust with a more charred look. hmm in the US we just call it 4 cheese blend, quite simple. It's nice to mix in different cheeses to see which ones work well with like pizzas or pastas.
