Yeah I found it to have some negative sounding connotation since some conservatives like to try and call people on welfare leaches while capitalist business owners get a free pass on that label.
And now we have my shitty joke poetry instead.

Cant recall if we lost members that one April Fools i changed the club name into something about an orgy meetup club. Lol

@traed i couldn't have remembered my password anyway because i was some years away from the site and i didn't had my e-mail adress with which i registered anymore. lol

Your taxes are our food was the best slogan i could think of, it was meant to be a funny take on austrias, or in general europes taxes system in which everyone is paying taxes to fund the national social security system. it seems that it wasn't the best joke because some non europeans didn't get it.

uh yeah changing the club around a bit seemed to attract new users for a while, it slowed down again after the second culling of users on MAL. I think the forced reset happened around 2015 or 2016 so sounds about right.
