What is The Anime Alley? It's a small forum, founded in October 2008, which carries on the legacy of a now defunct forum called "ANN-FF," the Anime News Network Fan Forums. It was formed by a small, like-minded group sharing anime as a common interest and who first met each other on the Anime News Network forums. Topics discussed on the forum extend beyond anime and touch on current affairs, movies, television, sports, and music. Today we are active on a number of other sites such as MyAnimeList (MAL), last.fm, Facebook, etc. We even have had gatherings of members at the Otakon anime convention which takes place every summer in Baltimore, MD.
