No, but the ending is a bit different iirc
also the plot is a bit different (like Sato taking drugs which wasn't shown in the anime)

So, the Welcome to the NHK Wikia was the most depressing thing I had ever looked at. For an anime/manga/novel of moderate popularity, the wikia went absolutely nowhere. It was created back in 2008 or something, and 22 pages were made. Around 10 of them for the episodes, 6 for the characters, and 6 miscellaneous. As for the ten episodes, the summaries looked poor, incomplete and copied from somewhere else. The latter 14 episodes were missing. All 40 chapters of the manga didn't appear on the wikia.

This being one of my favorite anime/manga series, I decided that it needed to be finished. Over the last two nights, I seriously binged on the wikia. I added pages for the remaining 14 episodes, as well as all 40 chapters of manga. The wikia went from 22 pages to 76 pages over those two nights.

But writing all the summaries of the episodes and chapters myself would take an eternity. I did episodes 1-4, and chapters 1/2, but other than that, the pages are blank. All NHK fans, I urge you to help me in completing the wikia to support the fanbase. Please contribute as much as you can, because even though you think someone else will do it---they won't. And I can't do all the work myself. Just briefly watch the episodes or read the chapters and write a few paragraphs for their wikia page. Many NHK fans, as well as myself, would be delighted for your help.
