The Original Comics club

This club is for artists/writers only with their own ideas. No fanart/fanfics/fan characters. It's strictly original stuff/storylines. If you are simply a fan and just browsing for new art/comics to look at, please do not join. This club is for the sole purpose of uniting artists/writers who dream of creating and perhaps even publishing their own comics. Collaboratives are allowed as well. In this club, promising artists can converse with one another, trade ideas, show off their comics/art etc. You must be a member to post. <strong>NO TURN DOWNS</strong> The style of your art is not important, it does not have to be in an anime style. It's about the style that you're most comfortable using. The same goes for the medium you use, whether it be pencil, pen, marker, paint, computer software, even crayon. It also doesn't matter how how sloppy or clean it might be. It could look like it was drawn by a two year old, it's still worth showing off as far as I'm concerned. The purpose of this group is to help you grow both as an artist an as a writer. <strong>SHOWING OFF</strong> If you wish to show off your art/comics, simply post them in a link on the main page for everyone to see. However, do not spam repeatedly. You can show off a link to your main gallery/comic site (ie deviantart, sheezyart, smackjeeves, drunk duck, etc) but do not spam. If you spam you will get a maximum of 3 warnings. If you do not heed the warnings you will be banned. If there's updates, feel free to post them, however if they're one right after the other, wait a while before you post an update here. That way it gives the reader more to read when announced and you're not spamming. <strong>NO RIDICULE</strong> If you bash other peoples art/comics, you will recieve only one warning. If you do it again you will be immediately banned. This club was not created for the purpose of making fun of others. However, if you wish to provide constructive criticism you may do so, unless the artist asks otherwise. <strong>NO THEFT</strong> Do <strong>NOT</strong>, and I mean <strong>NOT</strong> steal ideas/art/work from the people here. A lot of effort was put into the art/comics here!
