She shares her surname with Part 4 deuteragonist Okuyasu Nijimura and antagonist Keichou Nijimura. Kei needs to touch her target to activate her Stand. When the targeted person opens anything (like a door or pen), Born This Way will appear and chase the victim. When Born This Way is active, hurricane-like winds begin to blow, freezing and hardening surrounding objects and people. The wind can throw frozen items at his target.
