The main character of Getter Robo Go. Go is a strong-willed teenager with amazing strength and athletic ability, but is violent and initially has little interest in life. His daring actions eventually bring him to the attention of Colonel Hayato Jin, who has him join NISAR and become one of the three pilots of Getter Robo Go.
He also appears as the main character of the OVA Shin Getter Robo vs. Neo Getter Robo, which is loosely based on the manga. His role and character is somewhat similar, this time piloting Neo Getter-1.
