I'm Thinking.. of Rewatching Gintama Again

God.. I knew it, i knew that creating a new and fresh MAL account and then logging the Gintama seasons are going to ignite the dormant desire to yet again, rewatch the series. I think my mistake a few years back was that my third rewatch and fourth rewatch were not that far apart so in the end i got a little.. bored- *gasp* how could you say that Gintama is boring!? Okay, i'm done trying to be funny. The fourth rewatch was like 2 years ago, so i think that's enough for me to forget at least the later parts of the seasons since for some reason i have a really good memory of the first seasons. I'm looking forward to rewatching it, i miss seeing my the gang do batshit crazy stuff, and i'm actually looking forward to actually logging my feelings every episode, since in all my rewatches i've never attempted one, i tried to, but i ditched it halfway, trying to be committed in this one! I'm trying to be committed to a lot of stuff this year it seems, i guess the "i'm going to do all my 2024 resolutions" mentality is still going strong inside my brain.
So, the system is i guess, i'm going to keep it pretty simple.
- I'm going to post on episode discussions if i have something to say or want to leave a mark on my forum posts history so that i could read other people's thoughts on the episode without having to search for it.
- I'm going to post a blog post everytime i finish an episode, no more skimping out one post 5 episodes, i'm going. to. log. every. single. one. trust. Log it with my rating and commentary, even if i don't have a lot to say JUST LOG IT.
- I don't know if i'm going to rewatch the movies but if i feel like it i will.
I guess that's it, long explanations for very simple stuff. I don't know when i'm going to start rewatching, since there's actually a lot of unwatched anime i'm looking forward to binging, maybe after i hit a good amount of episodes in OP and take a little break, or when i'm settled at work and could find some time ro relax. Excited!
