Strike Witches 2

Key Points: -All Girls -One is navy and one is air force -Some character similarities -Both are about girls that inherit powers that can defeat the evil forces normal humans can't defeat. 

-All Girl cast -Cute girls operating war machines -One is tanks and one is plane...pants? -Some character similarities 

Both anime are great. The thing that i found similar in them is there r only girls and there relationships, no boys, no perents or any thing like that. only girls and there friendship. 

both have AWESOME and powerful main characters that catch you attention. both have best friends of the main character which are also very similar. the storyline may not seem very similar but it captures the hearts of the same sort of people.(that line made it sound like a love story, WHICH NEITHER STORY IS). both have just the right amount of yuri.  

Both take place in the Adriatic Sea. Both masterpieces. 

Similar theme, style, and involves plenty of action packed battles. Mecha plays a theme in both series although Sky Girls have an added flavor of romance.  

Awesome fight scenes with extraterrestrials - Strike Witches 2 is like EVA without the religious overtones and mecha!
