Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai

If you are looking for something to watch while waiting for the next season of Kusuriya then Yatagarasu will probably rub the right spot. It has a similar setting, great art and shape shifting ravens that are equally supernatural to Maomao's knack for solving court problems. There's princesses and bishounens as well! 

Supernatural ravens, Chinaesque court life, hunky princes, if you enjoyed Koukyuu no Karasu you'll probably enjoy Yatagarasu as well, despite it has a much more toned down shoujo/josei vibe. 

There's many similarities in the world building and the way it's presented, perhaps most visible in the character driven realism of the story where both action and emotions are given space. Both are written by female novelists and the author of Yatagarasu are probably influenced by Uehashi Nahoko, the author of Seirei (like every other fantasy novelist). There art is also quite similar with beautiful backgrounds and character designs.
