Comedical adventures of a literal duck. The difference being that Ahiru no Kwak is anthromorphised while Ahiru no Seikatsu is a regular duck.

Both are very colourfull kids anime that give's an kid and familly friendly feel to it , though that ahiru no quack ( alfred j.kwak) had more darker storyline and portrait events from real history , magical hat has a more fun side to it and is more fantasylike , both are aired in 1989. fun fun fun

Both are animal anime, and Ahiru no Quack holds a special place in my heart! It is the first anime I had ever seen on Dutch TV that I saw as a kid together with my older sister in '89, but both were my kind of childhood series.

Differs in some content and animation but in both anime the animals are the REAL stars of the show. In Ahiru no Quack (Alfred J. Kwak in Dutch), everyday life is taken shape in animal forms.

Both anime want to teach children that the environment and animals are important. In both series, the main characters always want to help others. Ahiru no Quack has a somewhat darker storyline, while Moomin is more cheerful.
