Both videogame related anime, one a bit bloodier than the other, but recognisable nevertheless for the fighting game fans, same goes fatal fury and King of fighters! And their letting their fist talk!

like in the good ol' 90's, in vampire hunter's case and many others from that time , Dorohedoro is today like those both unfinished 12 ep serie's and perhaps unfinished manga on a short notice , wether the popularity rules it in or out, we ALL want more from Dorohedoro

Both are adaptations of famous fighting games.

Although Vampire Hunter D isn't a fighting game adaptation, to me it has got the same great gothic feeling- a world that is a mixture of Medievil times and some technilogies.

Both Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge and Dragon Ball Z are action-packed anime with fast paced action sequences and characters with extraordinary powers that fight over the fate of the Earth. Both anime have characters that have the power to destroy planets. They are both very entertaining to watch. If you enjoyed one, you will enjoy the other.

Both are decent adaptations of popular Capcom fighting game franchises from the 1990s packing fluid animation, character designs that look closely similar to the video game counterparts and creating plot setups that make good use of the major characters from their respective video game franchises.
