Recommendations

-Both are mildly-paced comedies without a plot. -Both have hints of romance. (More so in Hayate no Gotoku) -Both have male characters that are often the tsukkomi of the female characters.

Both Hayate no Gotoku! Cuties and Amagami SS (Also applies with Amagami SS Plus) uses the named omnibus relationship concept, where the main character try to get a relation with one girl and after some episodes the story resets starting another relation with another girl forgetting the previous relation in previous episodes, the main difference is Amagami SS is mainly drama themed than HnG Cuties is mainly comedy themed.

Similarities: Both have the same harem , comedy and romance kind of thing. Both involves a butler and mistress relationship. Both butlers have been ordered to do such outrageous things by their mistress. Dissimilarities: One was mostly on the dramatic side while the other is more on comedy. The mistress in one anime was a grown woman, while in the other anime is was an immature teen. One was more of a pseudo harem, while the other is a true harem.
