Both feature at least one femenine looking trap. Boku No Pico has just the one, and he ends up spending time with a man, whilst being really new to sex. Otnokonoko ♂ Delivery has two traps that work for a prostitution agency, and they spend time with a man, but are a lot more experienced with sex.

Both are explicit shota and both made by Natural High. Though Shounen Maid Kuro-kun is a lot more kinky, they're still pretty similar.

If you love pairings with one male very feminine and a cute but also yummy yaoi then you'll love this.

Well, both are yaoi. Boku no Pico is shota yaoi. But both are pretty interesting.

Exploit. What I found similar about Boku no Pico and Himegoto is that both anime use their MCs in a way that is manipulated in an uncomfortable but lighthearted fashion. They play a dangerous game with what they are doing, quite easy to dislike the very concepts or representations given, but the similarity still exists and it is quite interesting to see how the two come together despite being of separate worlds. For whatever reason you watch these anime, both understand what people being exploited, mainly for erotic/sexual desires, can correlate to, maybe as far as the real world in some sense. Either that or watch these  read more

Both have a child-adult relationship, and are both very controversial in the anime community. They both also have a similar art style and created in a similar year

Taboo. Love is an irrational field, with all kinds of relationships going on. Some do overstep their boundaries, heading off to land no one should be on, according to what is right and wrong. Boku no Pico and Aki Sora are somewhat understanding of this issue. The two don't exactly look into everything wrong with taboo type love, only slightly touch upon it. Then proceeding to show a whole load of sexual activities. A case of taboo love. Obviously, you won't like this if the content turns you off, there is more to hate than love here. But if you need a laugh or something very  read more

Both anime cover serious material and though some watchers may be thoroughly disgusted some people (like me) will laugh a lot watching. Also in BNP it's yaoi so just pretend it's futa man and you'll get through it without being too mentally scarred.

Weeell...if you HAVE watched Boku no Pico and/or Pico to Chico then I don't really need to explain 'why' =D It is really hard to find, still, there are parts uploaded in YouTube, though. So,if you're interested in Boku no Pico, little boys having love and ...something else,Enzai is the one. It's not about love, but it IS about the "something else'' and it's classy.

Shotacon hentai anime with femboys/crossdressers/traps. Need I explain anymore? XD

Both are about a homosexual man who rapes another male and gets away with it. Only difference is that in BNP, the other male is underage, and it is more explicit.
