Mahou Sensei Negima!

Both are writen by Ken Akamatsu, both are writen in a simular style... They are both "Harem" type Animes and Mangas, and for the most part the part of the "Pervert" (ecchi) is one of someone accdentaly getting into the situations. 

Made by the same Studios, this is almost the same tipe of story just diferencing the magic environment on Negima! 

Same artist, similar storyline but Negima has much more to it than Love Hina. Also the lead characters are fairly different which adds to each series in its own way. 

My first impressions is that this was a spirit successor of characters in the Love Hina series. Looking at Asuna I couldn't help but think it was just Naru, the personality is the same with a similar features. Negi reminds me of Keitaro, in his hopelessness and clueless demeanor Nodoka reminds me of Shinobu, with her meekness and flusher look. Both series overwhelms the viewer with an array of characters, perhaps in hopes that you'll enjoy one of them at least. However, it's really the pacing of how they've introduced each character and focuses on their distinct moe personalities that bought me the familiarity of Love Hina. 

Both have a young teacher at the age of 10  

Both animes revolve mainly around a genius kid of about 10 years old becoming a teacher. Its similar because in both the onli students who actually are involved are females and they always go crazy over the teacher or like to tease them. Both the teachers also have a talking white pet, which is a weasel and a bunny i each case. Mahou sensei negima is more ecchi/fantasy oriented while Pani poni dash! is more of a parody. 

Both animes have fanservice and are considered "harem" animes.  

They are both very good magic series as well as having some battles throughout the series as well as both being funny and are both in a school setting so i say if you like one you will most likely like the other one ^^ 

Some serious fighting against magical creatures. Magic is one of the elements that connects these two shows. The other element is the fact that a boy get's surrounded by a group of girls. A lot of funny love stories happen throughout the series. The humour on both shows is very similar. If you enjoyed one of them you will probably like the other one too. 

Similar genre, Harem, Vampire is 5 girls and one boy but Negima is 20 girls and one 10 years old boy....if you enjoy harem and that kinda stuff you should check out Negima or Vampire..... 

both are magic and kind of shotacon. This two anime have some of romantic and fighting part. Both have cute hero and also "tsundere" heroine.
