Both settings are in a club room well most of the time that is, some characters are similar and both have no definite plot.

Both anime feature a club. Also the characters are similar.

Both are the second season, where the male character is surrounded by several females all the time. Both go into some character devolepment (though not very much). There is a similar rivalry between the 2 main female leads: Yozora/Sena and Kuroneko/Kirino.

Except from the Mayo Chiki Cameo there are a few more similarities Harem, Similar Character Types, a Guy to help Girls, Comedy and School

Stories of unpopular male MC joining a club, of which all other members are girls. Show extensive interaction between members within the club and how they try to achieve their club objectives. Both shows are humorous (not just comedy but zany humor).

Both of them seem like regular rom-com anime but in fact they are rather deep and emotional. They are centered around the relationships in a group of students that are not very good at dealing with others. The main characters are also very alike: the weird/scary guy of the school with a cool imouto, the black-haired cold girl and the bright-haired (pink/blonde) enthusiastic girl. Even if Haganai looks like a harem, in the end (like in Oregairu's case) it's all about the love triangle formed around the 3 main character.

SIMILARITIES •both involve "delinquent" MC joining a club with a club advisor not being much of a teacher •both MC have something up with their hair •both MC imouto are loved by other characters DIFFERENCES •D-Frag is 10x as funny and random •Haganai has bigger RomCom and Harem approach •Kodaka is the only important male character in Haganai •D-Frag has many unimportant characters that actually factor into the show

Both are sequels with significantly less ideas than their first season's had. Both end inconclusively and unsatisfactory. Both go for much less overall straight narrative and just linger on borderline episodic comedy.

Both have this little group of people who do activities together, Both has quite a bit of ecchi in them (some more in Noucome though). The story and character development are really good in both animes, and both will give you a good laugh :p.

- Both are second seasons to excellent comedy series that will make you laugh more than once. - Both are packed with fanservicey moments. - The characters in both are really unique and enjoyable. They both have a male character that looks like a girl and has a typical Japanese samurai name! - Both have a love triangle issue with the main character that gets dealt with in the last couple of episodes, thus transitioning from a humorous tone to a more serious romcom tone. You should really enjoy both!

Story of a love triangle (polygon) between the male lead and many female leads, including childhood friends and classmates. These anime can be silly comedic in one moment, and then serious in the next moment. Both anime have a heroine who is an arrogant, blunt, smart lady from a rich family.

Same idea: bunch of misfits hanging around each other. Next is more of a comedy whereas Sakurasou is more of a romantic drama.

Both feature a love triangle although Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next is a lot less serious. They also appear to both be about a Love triangle (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next is more similar to a harem though) and the effects a love triangle could bring to an important friendship, but White Album 2 is deeper. If you enjoyed White Album 2 and overall love a good romance then you will at least be entertained by Next.
